Our modern facilities, located just an hour and a half from Coquimbo in Sotaquí, Ovalle, are equipped to offer a wide range of services, including de-greening, packing, fumigation, and cold storage.

Our Services:

• Rental and Third-Party Services: Box assembly, storage, and rental of warehouses, forklifts, and complete chambers for blueberry cold packing.
• Truck Areas: Protected indoor parking, restrooms, and break room.
• Administrative Areas: Rental of offices, meeting rooms, dining area, restroom, internet, telephone, and CCTV and access control system.

Refrigeration and Fumigation:

• Refrigeration Equipment: Backup equipment for emergencies and 3 emergency generators ensure continuous operations.
• Fumigation: Capacity for 38 pallets per batch with an authorized protocol against Lobesia botrana.
• Pre-Chilling Tunnels: 11 Californian tunnels with capacity for 440 pallets per batch and a temperature and humidity monitoring system.
• Storage Chambers: 5,200 m² of cold storage with 12 multi-purpose chambers at 0°C, 3 de-greening chambers, and 4 chambers with a Drive-In Rack system.

De-Greening & Packing:

• De-Greening: 3 chambers equipped with 15 air heaters and Fruit Control system.
• Packing: Two Sorma packing lines with a capacity of 100 bins per hour, and advanced equipment such as ovens, smart chain calibrators, and automatic bulk loaders.

Broom Frio Mórrope is strategically located on the Panamericana Norte Km 808, in Mórrope, Lambayeque, about 40 km south of the Olmos irrigation project. Our location offers direct access to the highway and connectivity with the regions of Piura and La Libertad.

Infrastructure and Capacity: With a total area of 100,000 m² and an initial installed capacity of 10,000 m², our facility is designed to support high processing demand.

We offer:

• Operational Capacity: Up to 440 tons/day of avocados and mangoes, up to 100 tons/day of grapes, and up to 80 tons/day of blueberries.
• Cooling Tunnels: 4 tunnels with a capacity of 98 positions per batch, with the potential to expand to 196 positions per batch.
• Storage Chambers: 4 temperature-controlled chambers with 904 positions, with the potential to expand to 1,736 positions.
